The images printed on the texiles are from my collection of photographs of collections, all found on secondhand online marketplaces. In this case, the subjects are collections of horse figurines. These on-sale-collections were printed without further intervening on them and then carefully folded and arranged in a way that recalls the “institutional mannerism” of folding flags and other tools of power and symbolic representation.
